Air-conditioned rooms with a desk, fridge, and flat-screen TV: The room was like a cozy oasis, complete with a little office space and a mini fridge that could rival Narnia. I even had my own personal TV for a nice movie night in. Pure luxury!
Better kitchen utensils/plates & cutlery: Just a small suggestion, but it would be great if the kitchen utensils and plates were upgraded. A few more fancy knives and forks would have taken my dining experience up a notch.

We had 1 great day here, recommend the place. Everything was great, impeccably clean hotel, convenient and unbeatable location to the Susukino area. Location : the property was just next door to supermarket and metro and the nearest train station and a quiet neighbourhood. A lot of restaurants to eat close by, like En that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The rooms where good sized with nice coffee kept by the affable stuff.

The bed was super comfy and the shower room was spacious. The hotel's location was great, close to the train station and bus stop. I also liked that they provided towels, toothbrush, slippers, and pajamas.
The curtains were noisy and there were no shoe-storage outside the bedroom, making the room a bit dirty. The breakfast menu was limited and a bit pricey.

the hotel was very clean and well-kept. it's conveniently located near the airport shuttle bus stop - which makes it easy to get to the hotel from the airport. the staff were friendly and understanding - especially to those from outside of Hokkaido. the amenities in the shower and hand washing space were well-prepared with high-quality products. overall - a great experience.

The private room was comfortable and clean with conveniently located power sockets/usb ports. The lounge and coffee joint were awesome. The hotel is a short walk away. Breakfast was okay with a sandwich platter, free soup, and juice. Worth the money.
Felt safe walking at night, no complaints at all.

I recently had a great stay at a quiet and spacious room at Hotel Potmum. the room had a pour over coffee setup with a manual grinder, which was a pleasant surprise. the provided beans were better than airplane coffee! the bed was comfortable and the amenities were satisfactory. the location was convenient, with the subway station nearby and easy access to downtown. the hotel also had a cozy cafe/bar in the lobby, serving delicious coffee and alcohol. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Sapporo. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😔.

The rooms at Hotel Potmum Sapporo are just perfect! I loved the air-conditioning, especially because I visited during the summer and it kept me cool and comfortable. The city views from the room were an added bonus that made my stay even more delightful. The room had all the necessary amenities, like a desk, fridge, and a flat-screen TV, which made me feel right at home. The private bathroom with a shower was also clean and nicely maintained. As a busy traveler, I appreciated having a safety deposit box to keep my valuables secure. I couldn't have asked for a better room!
If I had to point out one thing, it would be that the electric kettle in the twin room was a bit outdated. But hey, it's just a minor thing, and others might not even notice it.
